The exclusive and patented TROMBONE (registered trademark) phasing sections antennas offer high gain and reliability in the worst weather conditions. There are no reels or internal connectors that can be detached.
There are no isolators that can break.
The whole radiating system consists of telescopic sections of special machined metal alloy. Operating in short-circuit with earth for maximum protection against lightning and electrostatic discharges that afflict other types of collinear antennas.
The feeding takes place by means of adjustable gamma-match for the lower S.W.R. on the desired frequency.
The resonant radials decouple the radiator and its load-bearing structure and the supply line in order to eliminate unwanted high radiation angles.
Everything needed for assembly is made of stainless steel.
