ZOOM - AC-3 - ACOUSTIC GUITAR MULTI-EFFECTS GENERATOR - PREAMPLIFIER - STEREO DI BOX - 3-BAND EQUALIZER

The AC-3 Acoustic Creator is an enhanced direct box with essential DI features that help you achieve great tone no matter where you play. The AC-3 is equipped with an effects generator, stereo outputs, and a compressor. With these features plus the same high-quality preamp and 3-band EQ as the AC-2, the AC-3 is an all-in-one acoustic toolkit that’s perfect for live performance and studio.

The AC-3 puts essential DI features right at your fingertips. Its high-quality preamp boosts your signal and helps restore your true acoustic sound. Plus, its 3-band EQ lets you quickly make the perfect adjustments to refine your tone.

To add depth and color to your tone, AC-3 also features the best effects we’ve ever designed for acoustics. Choose from 9 different effects such as delay, chorus, and reverb, each of which has with adjustable parameters for fine-tuning your sound.

The AC-3 also comes with 15 additional target guitar* presets that you can use to more accurately match your guitar’s tone. For example, when using a Martin D-18 dreadnought, you can choose the Dreadnought source guitar preset and the D-Eighteen target guitar preset to more closely match the unique sound of your instrument. Or if you’re playing a square shoulder guitar, choose the Square Shoulder source preset, then use the Humming Bird target preset to recreate your tone more accurately.

*Not all target guitars are available from all source guitars. For instance, when plugging in a Resonator, you would turn your target guitar to “Off.” Please see page 10 of the operation manual for compatibility.

Whether you’re lightly strumming or playing with a little more intensity, the AC-3’s single-knob compressor is one of the finest you’ve ever heard. Zoom's single-knob compressor makes it easy to smooth out and control your guitar’s dynamics for a full, balanced sound. Plus, the compressor’s LED indicator makes it simple to adjust dynamics parameters during a live set.

The AC-3’s balanced XLR mono/stereo outputs with pre/post control allow you to connect to any PA mixing board or studio console. It also includes two ¼” outputs for simultaneous mono/stereo connection to amps, headphones, or audio interfaces. This allows audiences to hear the full character of stereo or delay effects.

The AC-3 is equipped with an anti-feedback button which can also be activated with Zoom’s FS-01 footswitch (sold separately). This automatically locates and eliminates problem frequencies—an essential for live performance.
To eliminate unwanted hum or buzz from mics or speakers, the AC-3 includes a ground/lift switch that interrupts ground loops between equipment.
Thanks to the AC-3’s all-in-one design, you can record the rich, acoustic sound you love without the need for heavy post-production processing.
The AC-3's Volume control automatically controls both the preamp's input gain and output level, taking the guesswork out of adjusting sound levels to match.
The AC-3’s built-in tuner with its large LED meter lets you easily see when you’re in tune.
You can also add up to 9 dB of gain with the tap of your foot using the AC-3's boost function, allowing you to switch from strumming to finger-picking without ever missing a note.
Two AA batteries provide up to three hours of continuous power. Alternatively, you can use the included Zoom AD-16 AC adapter for plug-in power, or the micro USB port to bus power the AC-3 via your computer.

ZOOM - A3 - ACOUSTIC GUITAR MULTI-EFFECTS WITH PREAMPLIFIER - Remodeling presets for 16 body types and 28 popular acoustic guitar models

Reproducing the delicate tone of an acoustic guitar onstage can be challenging. Pickups have a tendency to make the sound flat and lifeless, while microphones often introduce feedback. Zoom's A3 provides the perfect solution. This compact pre-amp/effects pedal provides everything you need to restore and enhance the natural tone of your instrument, or even transform it into a different-sounding one altogether. Powerful remodeling features combined with great-sounding effects and advanced features such as feedback suppression, auto-chromatic tuner, 3-band equalization and a Clean Boost foot switch make the A3 the complete sonic toolbox for acoustic guitar.

The A3 provides remodeling presets for 16 different body types/shapes and 28 world-renowned acoustic guitars, allowing you not only to restore the true sound of your guitar but to simulate the tonal characteristics of other instruments as well. In addition, there are 40 onboard DSP effects, each carefully crafted to enrich the tone of acoustic guitar. For ease of use, these are organized into the following categories:

Body and model types
You'll find many popular acoustic guitar bodies and types here, from Dreadnought to Jumbo, from Round Shoulder to Square Shoulder, and from Single Cutaway to Resonator. Also included are emulations of Martin 00 and 000 models, resin-body guitars such as the Ovation Adamas, and both twelve-string and nylon-strings—even upright bass. All A3 models accurately recreate the tonal differences between instruments, down to the bracing and type of wood from which they are made.

Dynamics Effects / Filters
Shape and tame your sound with 10 compressors, equalizers, exciters, and wah effects, along with Zoom's Noise Reduction (ZNR) algorithm, designed to remove noise during pauses while still maintaining your instrument's natural tone.

Modulation
Add the shimmering silkiness of phasing, flanging, chorus, tremolo, vibrato, detuning, and pitch shifting with these 9 effects.

Delay
The A3 provides 5 different kinds of delays, including reverse, multi-tap, and self-oscillating delays.

Reverb
A dozen adjustable rooms, halls, arenas, plates, and springs that allow you to add depth and spaciousness to your sound. The A3's cutting-edge DSP microchip performs 32-bit floating-point calculations, giving it the ability to create sophisticated studio-quality effects such as the realistic simulations found here.

Mic
Three different microphone models: emulations of the popular Shure SM57, AKG C414, and Neumann U87.

NOTE: Manufacturer names and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The names are used only to illustrate sonic characteristics and do not indicate any affiliation with the Zoom Corporation or Zoom North America.

The A3 offers a super-low noise floor and provides separate input jacks for both pickup and microphone, with dedicated gain controls for each, as well as a master level knob and a wet/dry balance control. A three-way Pickup Select switch allows the A3 to be used with piezoelectric, magnetic, and passive pickups, and the phase of the mic input can be reversed. You can even apply phantom power (+24 or +48 volts), enabling the use of condenser microphones.

There are dual line-level output jacks for connection to a PA; headphones can also be connected here for private monitoring. In addition, a balanced XLR output with a Ground switch enables the A3 to be used as a direct box.

The A3's intuitive graphic interface allows easy navigation and makes creating and editing effects a breeze. You can use up to 3 effects simultaneously and arrange them in any order you like. There are 20 patch memories where you can store your custom edited and chained multi-effects. An Auto Save function ensures that edits you make are automatically saved, and you can create a list of up to 26 patches to cycle through as you step on the foot switch—handy for live gigs or whenever you want your effects in a certain order.

The onboard chromatic tuner supports a variety of standard guitar tunings, including drop tunings, and you can opt to either bypass all effects during tuning or to mute the outputs so that you can tune in silence. Lastly, a Tap Tempo feature enables you to to set delay times and modulation effect frequencies in real time to the rhythm of the song you're playing.
The A3 is packed with advanced features for the acoustic guitarist. Three-band equalization allows you to shape your sound to compensate for the acoustics of every environment, and an Anti-Feedback circuit automatically detects ringing and eliminates up to three frequencies simultaneously, with minimal effect on tonal quality. A Clean Boost control with adjustable tone enables you to add up to 12dB of extra gain at the touch of a foot switch—useful for those moments when you need to step into the spotlight and feature your instrument—and there's a low cut filter for the removal of rumble and other low frequency noise. Last but not least, there's a USB port for connection to your computer for firmware updates.

The A3 runs on just 4 AA batteries—either alkaline or rechargeable NiMH—or you can use the supplied AC adapter. Battery life is up to 8 hours with alkaline batteries, allowing you to use the A3 with confidence from rehearsal to the main stage. An "eco" function automatically turns the pedal off if unused for extended periods.

ZOOM - G5N - GUITAR MULTI-EFFECTS DIGITAL PROCESSOR - AMPLIFIER SIMULATION - EXPRESSION PEDAL

The G5n comes loaded with 100 beautifully-crafted and newly assembled DSP effects, plus 26 of the most faithful and realistic amp/cabinet emulators we've ever created.

A wide array of effects
The G5n comes equipped with freshly-developed takes on not only the most-essential guitar sounds like overdrive, distortion, compression, EQ, delay, reverb, flanging, phasing, vibrato, and chorusing, but also unique multi-effects such as Seq Filter, Gold Drive, Reverse Delay, HD Hall, and OSC Echo.

Ultra-realistic amp/cabinet emulation
You can connect the G5n directly to a PA system or audio interface, using the 26 brand new onboard amp and cabinet emulators. Choose from 13 classic amp models like the ‘59 Fender Bassman, Diezel Herbert Channel 2, Marshall JCM800, Fender Twin Reverb, and MESA Boogie Mk3 , all newly and faithfully created to be adjusted exactly as you would with the knobs and switches of the real thing.

Pair your amp with one of the 13 newly-created cabinet emulators to complete the sound, choosing from cabinets like the

Marshall 1960 A-type cabinet
(4x12” Celestion speakers), Fender ’65 Deluxe Reverb
(1x12” Jensen C-12K speakers), Mesa Boogie Mark 1
(1x12” ALTEC 417-8H speaker), or Bogner Ecstasy
cabinet (4x12” Celestion speakers).

NOTE: Manufacturer names and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The names are used only to illustrate sonic characteristics and do not indicate any affiliation with the Zoom Corporation or Zoom North America.

Make your G5n even more versatile by downloading the latest firmware. With V2.0, you'll get 30% more DSP efficiency so you can chain up to 9 effects at a time. There's also a newly enhanced two-unit looper function that lets you use two dedicated footswitches to start and stop a given phrase. You can also expect 8 new amp, 8 new cabinet, and 32 new stompbox effects emulators. All these great features combined means you’ve got the perfect guitar pedal for all occasions.

The new firmware is free for all G5n users to download.

To explore the wealth of possibilities that the G5n offers, we continuously collaborate with inspirational, professional guitarists known for their taste and love of great guitar sounds. The G5n comes stocked with 124 custom-designed patches that both recreate decades of essential guitar tones—like the iconic sounds of Eddie Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Carlos Santana, Michael Schenker, and Brian May—and pioneer new territory with combinations exclusively created for G5n guitarists.

Stand out with "Lead BGN," a modern lead sound folded into a modulated delay, or "Phazed," an intense tube amp sound through a phaser. The "UFO" patch harnesses parametric EQ in the style of the lead guitarist of the band of the same name, and then there's "DreamWorld," an overdriven crunch enhanced with tape echo and hall reverb.

Create your signature sound
Easy editing
Editing is simple and intuitive thanks to a unique, large overview display that allows you to quickly add, delete, or change the order of effects—something not easily accomplished with the average pedalboard. There are also four independent editing displays for zeroing in on the perfect sound, each bank providing the responsiveness and hands-on feel of a stompbox. Store up to 200 of your custom effects-chains as patches in memory, each instantly accessible at the touch of a footswitch.

Powerful pedals
The G5n's expression pedal gives you smooth real-time control over volume, tone, or selected effects parameters, with four stompbox-style footswitches to kick effects in and out on the fly. When you're ready to take a solo, get the bump you need with the G5n's output booster. And to synchronize rhythm patterns and delay times to the beat, just hit the G5n's dedicated Tap tempo footswitch to bring your sound in line.

Complex tonalities
It would take an arsenal of stompboxes, amplifiers, and speakers to duplicate everything you can do with a single G5n. Use up to nine effects and amp/cabinet models simultaneously, chained together in any order you like. It's like having hundreds of fully loaded pedalboards in one compact, easy to use device.

68 built-in rhythm patterns make the G5n the perfect practice rig and enable "one-man band" performances.

A two-unit looper function, which uses dedicated footswitches to start and stop phrases, allows you to record and overdub phrases up to 80 seconds long through the effects of your choice. Plus there's a built-in chromatic tuner, always accessible at the touch of a footswitch—you can bypass the currently selected patch while tuning, or mute the signal altogether.

The G5n can be easily integrated into any live performance or studio rig. In addition to a standard guitar input, there's an auxiliary stereo input for the connection of smartphones or music players, plus a dedicated headphone jack for silent practice and dual outputs for mono or stereo L/R connection to guitar amps, PA systems, and audio interfaces.

Use our free ZOOM Guitar Lab Mac/Windows software to instantly download new patches, effects, and amp/cabinet simulators. It includes both a Patch Manager for effects chains and an Effects Manager, with a simple graphic user interface that provides point-and-click control over tweaking, building, and naming your custom patches.
The Zoom G5n comes with a free download license for Steinberg’s Cubase LE music production software, providing not just the ability to create incredible guitar sounds in every box, but to do spectacular things with it.

Take your recordings to a more professional level. Steinberg’s powerful and state-of-the-art audio software used by creators around the world now comes with every Zoom G3, G3X, G5, and G5n purchase.

The dozen amp models include emulations of classic tube amplifiers like the Ampeg SVT, Ampeg B-15, Fender Bassman, Marshall Super Bass, Polytone Mini-Brute III, and acoustic 360, as well as the contemporary sounds of the Hartke HA3500, SWR SM-900, Aguilar DB750, Gallien-Krueger 800RB, Eden WT-800, and Italian Markbass Little Mark III, each with its own distinct cabinet modeling that can be used to further alter the tonal quality. What's more, you can pair any amp model to any cabinet model for unusual, and often striking, effects.

Question: When is an effects pedal not just an effects pedal? Answer: When it's a multi-effects pedal.

The B1on not only allows you to select and edit any of its onboard effects, it enables you to use up to 5 of them simultaneously, chained together in any order you like. This kind of power and flexibility means that you can create rich, complex effects within the unit itself instead of having to use multiple pedals.

Stompbox chains typically start with dynamics effects, such as compression, before routing the signal to wah, EQ, distortion, and/or overdrive effects. Modulation and spatial effects such as chorus, delay, and reverb are usually placed at the end of the chain.

However, there are no hard and fast rules on how to chain effects. Exciting new sounds can easily be discovered with a little experimentation and some imaginative effect chaining. The B1on gives you the ability to get creative with your effects chaining.

You can also easily edit chains you’ve previously created. Simple changes in the order of effects can sometimes alter sounds dramatically. For example, an EQ set before an amp model can result in a radically different sound than having the EQ set after the amp model. That's because putting the EQ before the amp model serves not only to alter the tonal characteristic of the sound but to act as a signal booster as well. All this can be done internally with the B1on—much easier than physically changing the order of stompboxes.

Stayin' in tune

Bassists know the importance of playing in tune. But it's not just about getting your instrument in tune; it's about keeping it in tune all night. That's no problem if you're using a B1on, because its built-in Tuner makes the task totally stress-free, even under the pressure of a live gig and the heat of stage lighting.

The B1on Tuner is instantly accessible at all times and shows you whether the note you're playing is sharp, flat, or dead on. You can opt to either bypass the currently selected effect (thus giving you a clean, unaffected sound) when tuning, or to mute the signal altogether, allowing you to tune in silence.

The B1on Tuner is flexible, too: It can be set to a reference of A=440, or any value between 435 and 445, and can be used chromatically or in a variety of standard bass tunings.

The perfect accompaniment

Rhythm training is an important part of every bassist's craft. The B1on Rhythm function makes it easy and fun to do. 68 realistic-sounding rhythms are at your fingertips: PCM samples of actual drums playing real-life patterns in a variety of different genres—everything from rock to jazz, and from Emo to Motown. Dozens of quarter-note, eighth-note and sixteenth-note rhythms are provided, in 4/4, 6/8 (shuffle), and 3/4 (waltz time); for the adventurous, there's even a 5/4 groove!

The Rhythm function can also be used in conjunction with the Looper function (see below), allowing you to craft complex orchestrations overlaying the pattern of your choice.

Looper
Build a complete performance

Got a great lick that you'd like to expand on, or a distinctive chord progression that you think could serve as the foundation for an exciting improvisation or an inspired solo? Explore your creativity to its fullest with the B1on Looper, which allows you to layer up to 30 seconds of performance (through the effect or effects of your choice) in high quality audio (16-bit 44.1kHz). Recording time can either be set manually or to a preset number of quarter notes, up to 64 beats, and starting and stopping the Looper (as well as readying it for an overdub or clearing its memory altogether) is as easy as pressing a pedal—no hands required.

The B1on Looper can also be used in conjunction with the Rhythm function, allowing you to play along with the pattern of your choice.

Auto Save
Edits saved. All the time.

Finally got that perfect effect crafted, but afraid you'll lose it? It'll never happen when you use the B1on's handy Auto Save function. When switched on, whatever you change will automatically be saved.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer the insurance of a safety net (so that you never accidentally overwrite a patch), simply leave Auto Save off. The B1on will then politely ask you if you want to save your edits whenever you move on to a different patch. Settings can be saved to the currently selected memory area, or to any other area, allowing you to place it where it's most convenient.

The B1on makes naming patches a breeze, too—simply use the parameter knob to dial in the characters you want. Patch names can be up to ten characters long, and each patch can be assigned its own level as well, allowing you to ensure consistent volume even when going from a gentle acoustic sound to heavy metal overdrive.

Pre-Select
Choose the effect you want before the audience hears it.

Normally, you'll want to store your custom B1on patches adjacent to one another so that stepping on the pedal will scroll through them in the order needed. In that circumstance, you'll also want the sound to change immediately, and this is the way the B1on normally operates.

However, if you haven't stored your patches in adjacent memory locations, or if you simply get the urge to experiment and change things up in the middle of a performance, just turn on the B1on Pre Select function. This allows you to scroll through patches silently, with the current sound remaining unchanged as you do so.

Power Functions
More power to you.

The B1on runs on just 4 AA batteries—either alkaline or rechargeable NiMH. Alternatively, it can be powered from an optional Zoom AD-16 AC adapter or via USB.
When running on batteries, the B1on powers up automatically when a jack is inserted into its input connector, and a unique "eco"  function can be used to automatically power the unit off if unused for 10 hours.

Battery life (when using alkaline batteries) is more than 20 hours, even during continuous use, and a handy "battery remaining" display shows you how much power is remaining. To extend battery life further still, you can opt to have the backlit LCD display turn off automatically after 15 or 30 seconds after the pedal was last used.

Step into the spotlight with the Zoom B1Xon. It offers dozens of DSP effects and amp models, plus effects chaining, onboard chromatic tuner, rhythm patterns, looping, even a built-in expression pedal. Use the pedal for gain drive or volume, to add wah or filtering, or to affect delay time or modulation speed. Your bass has never sounded so good!

The B1Xon offers 105 bass effects, including a variety of distortion, compression, modulation, delay, reverb, and amp models, along with a number of pedal-controlled effects.

Up to 5 effects can be used simultaneously, chained together any way you like. In addition, there are 68 built-in rhythm accompaniment patterns, and you can connect headphones to the output jack (as well as portable music players to the auxiliary input jack) for silent practice sessions. An onboard chromatic tuner supports all standard bass tunings, and a Looper feature allows you to record up to 30 seconds of CD-quality audio. Loop length can be set either manually or to a preset number of quarter notes, and you can loop to any rhythm pattern, with automatic quantization that ensures seamless start and end times.

There are simulations of both classic and modern pedals such as the Aphex Punch Factory, MXR DynaComp, dbx 160A, BBE Sonic Maximizer, Moog MF-101, and Z. Vex Seek-Wah, as well as the Xotic EP Booster and Bass BB Preamp, Electro-Harmonix Bass Big Muff, SansAmp Bass Driver DI, MXR Bass D.I.+, and Avalon Design U5, plus the ADA Flanger, tc Electronic Corona Tri-Chorus, and BOSS ODB-3, DS-1, and Metal Zone. Original effects include Zoom's Noise Reduction (ZNR) algorithm, a bass frequency-specific Auto-Wah, and a "talking" modulator. You'll also find more than a dozen delays and natural-sounding reverbs here, including rooms, halls, plates, and an emulation of the Line6 M9 Particle Verb.

Great guitarists know it's all about nuance. With its built-in expression pedal, the Zoom G1Xon allows you to add subtlety and refinement to your performance. Add in 100 great-sounding guitar effects and amp models—with the ability to use up to 5 of them simultaneously—plus 68 built-in rhythm accompaniment patterns and an onboard chromatic tuner and Looper, and take your guitar playing to a whole new level.

The G1Xon offers 100 guitar effects, including a variety of distortion, compression, modulation, delay, reverb, and amp models, as well as a number of special pedal-controlled effects.

Up to 5 effects can be used simultaneously, chained together any way you like. In addition, there are 68 built-in rhythm accompaniment patterns, and you can connect headphones to the output jack (as well as portable music players to the auxiliary input jack) for silent practice sessions. There's an onboard chromatic tuner that supports all standard guitar tunings, including open and drop tunings, and a Looper feature that allows you to record up to 30 seconds of CD-quality audio. Loop length can be set either manually or to a preset number of quarter notes (up to 64 beats), and you can loop to any rhythm pattern, with automatic quantization that ensures seamless start and end times. In addition, the G1Xon's built-in expression pedal enables you to control input level, output level, or any selected effect parameter in real time.

The G1Xon allows you to choose from 100 different onboard DSP effects, including 5 pedal-controlled effects. For ease of use, these are organized into the following categories:

Dynamics / Filter – Eleven different ways to shape and control your sound with compressors, noise gates, filters, equalizers, and wah effects. Emulate the classic tone of the MXR Dynacomp, dbx 160, Moog Filter, or Z. Vex Seek-Wah, or create all-new effects using the automatic Slow Attack, parametric equalizer, or six-band graphic EQ. Or choose Zoom's unique Noise Reduction (ZNR) algorithm, designed to remove noise during pauses while still maintaining your guitar's natural tone.

Overdrive / Distortion – Twelve of the best boosters, overdrives, fuzzes, and lead guitar sounds you've ever heard, including simulations of the BOSS OD-1, MXR Distortion+, Marshall Guv'nor, Fuzz Face, Big Muff, and Pro Co Rat. Our ExtremeDS effect offers the most powerful gain of any distortion effect in the world, and there's also a simulator that allows your electric guitar to sound like an acoustic.

Amp – Twenty-two of the most realistic models ever created, including simulations of classic tube and solid-state amps from manufacturers like Fender, Marshall, Hiwatt, Mesa Boogie, Orange, Bogner, Matchless, and Diezel. Our amp sounds are so lifelike, you'll swear on a stack of speaker cabinets you're listening to the real thing.

Modulation / Special effects – Round out your sound with your choice of sixteen phasers and flangers, plus chorus, pitch shift, tremolo, and vibrato. Included are emulations of the  ADA Flanger, Boss CH-1 Super Chorus, and TC Electronic Corona Chorus, as well as the Zoom HPS, an intelligent harmonizer that plays along in key, and a ring modulator that adds bell-like tones to your guitar. And when you're ready to go after some truly off-the-wall sounds, try out the endlessly rhythmic Slicer.

Delay / Reverb – Fourteen delays and natural-sounding reverbs, including rooms, halls, plates, springs, and tape delay simulators, all designed to add depth and spaciousness to your sound, with delay times of up to 4 seconds. You'll even find reverse delays, modulated reverbs, and particle reverbs here—everything you need to place your guitar in a realistic space … or a totally unearthly one.

ZOOM G1ON - Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal - 100 effects, including distortion, compression, modulation, delay, reverb, and amp models

The G1on offers 100 guitar effects, including a variety of distortion, compression, modulation, delay, reverb, and amp models.

Programming is simple and straightforward, thanks to a streamlined user interface and large backlit LCD screen. Advanced editing features such as Swap, Auto Save, and Pre Select make it easy to organize your patches for live performance and allow you to scroll through patches silently while keeping the current patch operational.

The G1on allows you to choose from 100 different onboard DSP effects. For ease of use, these are organized into the following categories:

Dynamics / Filter
Eleven different ways to shape and control your sound with compressors, noise gates, filters, equalizers, and wah effects.

Overdrive / Distortion
Twelve of the best boosters, overdrives, fuzzes, and lead guitar sounds you've ever heard, including simulations of the BOSS OD-1, MXR Distortion+, Marshall Guv'nor, Fuzz Face, Big Muff, and Pro Co Rat. Our ExtremeDS effect offers the most powerful gain of any distortion effect in the world, and there's also a simulator that allows your electric guitar to sound like an acoustic.

Amp
Twenty-two of the most realistic models ever created, including simulations of classic tube and solid-state amps from manufacturers like Fender, Marshall, Hiwatt, Mesa Boogie, Orange, Bogner, Matchless, and Diezel. Our amp sounds are so lifelike, you'll swear on a stack of speaker cabinets you're listening to the real thing.

Modulation / Special effects
Round out your sound with your choice of sixteen phasers and flangers, plus chorus, pitch shift, tremolo, and vibrato.

Delay / Reverb
Fourteen delays and natural-sounding reverbs, including rooms, halls, plates, springs, and tape delay simulators, all designed to add depth and spaciousness to your sound, with delay times of up to 4 seconds. You'll even find reverse delays, modulated reverbs, and particle reverbs here—everything you need to place your guitar in a realistic space … or a totally unearthly one.

Complex multi-effects made easy.

Question: When is a guitar effects pedal not just an effects pedal?
Answer: When it's a multi-effects pedal.

The G1on not only allows you to select and edit any of its onboard effects, it enables you to use up to 5 of them simultaneously, chained together in any order you like. This kind of power and flexibility means that you can create rich, complex effects within the unit itself instead of having to use multiple pedals.

Stompbox chains typically start with dynamics effects such as compression, before routing the signal to wah, EQ, distortion, and/or overdrive effects. Modulation and spatial effects such as chorus, delay, and reverb are usually placed at the end of the chain.

However, there are no hard and fast rules on how to chain effects. Exciting new sounds can easily be discovered with a little experimentation and some imaginative effect chaining. The G1on gives you the ability to get creative with your effects chaining.

You can also easily edit chains you’ve previously created — and you'll find that simple changes in the order of effects can alter sounds dramatically. For example, an EQ set before an amp model can result in a radically different sound than having the EQ set after the amp model. That's because putting the EQ before the amp model serves not only to alter the tonal characteristic of the sound but to act as a signal booster as well. All this can be done internally with the G1on — much easier than physically changing the order of stompboxes.

Stayin' in tune
Guitarists know the importance of playing in tune. But it's not just about getting your instrument in tune; it's about keeping it in tune all night. That's no problem if you're using a G1on, because its built-in Tuner makes the task totally stress-free, even under the pressure of a live gig and the heat of stage lighting.

The G1on Tuner is instantly accessible at all times and shows you whether the note you're playing is sharp, flat, or dead on. You can opt to either bypass the currently selected effect (thus giving you a clean, unaffected sound) when tuning, or to mute the signal altogether, allowing you to tune in silence.

The G1on Tuner is flexible, too: It can be set to a reference of A=440, or any value between 435 and 445, and can be used chromatically or in a variety of standard guitar tunings—even drop tunings of up to 3 semitones.

The perfect accompaniment
Rhythm training is an important part of every guitarist's craft. The G1on Rhythm function makes it easy and fun to do. 68 realistic-sounding rhythms are at your fingertips: PCM samples of actual drums playing real-life patterns in a variety of different genres—everything from rock to jazz, and from Emo to Motown. Dozens of quarter-note, eighth-note, and sixteenth-note rhythms are provided, in 4/4, 6/8 (shuffle), and 3/4 (waltz time); for the adventurous, there's even a 5/4 groove!

The Rhythm function can also be used in conjunction with the Looper function (see below), allowing you to craft complex guitar orchestrations overlaying the pattern of your choice.

Build a complete performance
Got a great lick that you'd like to expand on, or a distinctive chord progression that you think could serve as the foundation for an exciting improvisation or an inspired solo? Explore your creativity to its fullest with the G1on Looper, which allows you to layer up to 30 seconds of performance (through the effect or effects of your choice) in high quality 16-bit 44.1kHz audio. Recording time can either be set manually or to a preset number of quarter notes, up to 64 beats, and starting and stopping the Looper (as well as readying it for an overdub or clearing its memory altogether) is as easy as pressing a pedal—no hands required.

The G1on Looper can also be used in conjunction with the Rhythm function, allowing you to play along with the pattern of your choice.

Edits saved. All the time.
Finally got that perfect effect crafted, but afraid you'll lose it? It'll never happen when you use the G1on's handy Auto Save function. When switched on, whatever you change will automatically be saved.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer the insurance of a safety net (so that you never accidentally overwrite a patch), simply leave Auto Save off. The G1on will then politely ask you if you want to save your edits whenever you move on to a different patch. Settings can be saved to the currently selected memory area, or to any other area, allowing you to store your effect wherever it's most convenient.

The G1on makes naming patches a breeze, too—simply use the parameter knob to dial in the characters you want. Patch names can be up to ten characters long, and each patch can be assigned its own level as well, allowing you to ensure consistent volume even when going from a gentle acoustic sound to heavy metal overdrive.

Choose the effect you want before the audience hears it.
Normally, you'll want to store your custom G1on patches adjacent to one another so that stepping on its pedal will scroll through them in the order needed. In that circumstance, you'll also want the sound to change immediately, and this is the way the G1on normally operates.

However, if you haven't stored your patches in adjacent memory locations, or if you simply get the urge to experiment and change things up in the middle of a performance, just turn on the G1on Pre Select function. This allows you to scroll through patches silently, with the current sound remaining unchanged as you do so.

More power to you.
The G1on runs on just 4 AA batteries—either alkaline or rechargeable NiMH. Alternatively, it can be powered from an optional Zoom AD-16 AC adapter or via USB.

When running on batteries, the G1on powers up automatically when a jack is inserted into its input connector, and a unique "eco"  function can be used to automatically power the unit off if unused for 10 hours.

ZOOM - MS-70CDR - DIGITAL MULTISTOMP PEDAL FOR BASS AND GUITAR - 137 DIGITAL CHORUS / DELAY / REVERB EFFECTS

Zoom's MS-70CDR MultiStomp Chorus / Delay / Reverb pedal is the first of its kind. It provides the full power of a rack-mounted multi-effects device in a compact stompbox design. With its 137 custom guitar and bass effects, an easy-to-use interface, onboard chromatic tuner and versatile power options, you'll be astonished at how much this little box offers.

Whether you're a guitarist or a bass player, you can cut down the size of your pedalboard by adding an MS-70CDR. From a warm, vintage sound to a clear, modern tone, this one pedal can do it all. It offers 137 diverse options for shaping your sound. For ease of use, these are organized into the following categories:

Chorus
31 different chorus and modulation effects for guitar and bass are provided, including phasing, flanging, tremolo, vibrato, detuning, auto-panning, rotary speaker emulations, and pitch shifting—even an intelligent harmonizer that plays along in key. Vintage sounds include simulations of the TC Electronic Corona Chorus and Tri-Chorus, Boss CH-1 Super Chorus and CE-1 /CE-5 Chorus Ensembles, MXR M234 Analog Chorus, and Electro-Harmonix SmallClone, as well as the ADA flanger.

Delays
This category includes 26 mono and stereo delays, with delay times of up to 4 seconds. You'll find everything here from reverse and multi-tap to pitch-shifted and self-oscillating delays. There are also emulations of the Eventide TimeFactor, MXR Carbon Copy, Maestro Echoplex EP-3, Line6 M9 TubeEcho, TC Electronic Flashback, strymon TimeLine, and Boss DD-20. The MS-70CDR's Tail function allows delays and reverbs to fade away naturally, even through the next played phrase. For example, if you play a solo using a delay effect and then switch to a rhythm tone that has no delay, you will hear the sound of the solo's delay until it has faded away.

Reverbs
The MS-70CDR's cutting-edge DSP microchip performs 32-bit floating-point calculations, giving it the ability to create sophisticated studio-quality effects such as the 25 rich, dense reverbs and realistic spatial simulations found here.  These rooms, halls, arenas, plates, and springs allow you to add depth and spaciousness to your sound. Vintage emulations include the TC Electronic Hall of Fame and Nova, as well as the Digitech RV-7, the Eventide Space, the Electro-Harmonix Holy Grail, and the strymon blueSky.

Dynamics Effects / Filters
