The lower mast portion, which has an outside diameter of 48 mm, can be inserted into poles with an internal diameter of at least 50 mm equipped with bolts to tighten and lock.

Thanks to this reinforced cage you can install your rotor not only on towers, but even on pre-existing poles.
The thrust bearing will support all the weight of the upper mast and antenna, relieving the rotor from the stress of the vertical weight.

YAESU - GS-065 - THRUST BEARING FOR ANTENNA SYSTEMS - ACCEPTS MAST UP TO 65 mm (2,5") OF OUTSIDE DIAMETER

Yaesu Rotator Mast Bearings are used to secure rotating mast that is used for directional antennas. These are also known as thrust bearings, because they maintain smooth and steady rotation even when a large lateral thrust of the wind is pushing on the antenna and the mast. These Yaesu bearings stabilize and secure your antenna mast.

Supplied with brackets for optional guy wires and 8 bolts for installation.
The bearing can also be used without a platform with guy wires (see photo).
The support ring for attachment to guy wires is supplied with the GS-065.
Small protective metal details prevent damage to the mast when fastening the installation screws
