Laryngophone with earphone with ear support, PTT button, switch to operate in vox (hands-free, passing in transmission with the voice in the radios that allow it), voice vibration capsule inserted on a comfortable collar.

It captures the vibrations of the vocal cords, minimizing interference problems for those who work in noisy environments or with strong winds that would disturb any traditional microphone.

Possibility to connect a second PTT button (supplied) with Velcro fastening.
