GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Hy-Gain 14RMQ HF Vertical Roof Mounts are specifically designed for the Hy-Gain 18VS, 14AVQ, and 12AVQ HF vertical antennas. The kit may also be used with other vertical antennas, but the guy/radial system is specifically optimized for the companion Hy-Gain antennas.

Antennas operating also on 80 meters can benefit from the use of this KIT if a compact installation is needed. 

This mounting kit includes the roof-mount base, mast to base hardware, guy/radial system, and guy/radial hardware. Simply install the base plate, orient the mast to vertical, install the radials that also serve as guy lines, and then mount your vertical to the mast. What could be easier?

Roof mounting your OLD Hy-Gain and NEW AV Series vertical antenna with the 14RMQ kit will eliminate ground clutter, elevate your antenna, and provide the radial efficiency that your antenna needs.
