The standard version offered by Kenwood is generally usable on every radio device, as amateur radio transmissions are MONO.
However, there are cases in which, with some radios that provide it, it is possible to hear the sound of VFO A on one ear and the VFO B on the other, to monitor 2 frequencies simultaneously but separately.
In this case we have planned a modification of this headset, which we operate in our laboratory, and which consists of rewiring the internal pavilions so that they are separated and doing the same with the connector, replacing it with a STEREO.
The user can then choose, when purchasing the product, the one that suits him/her best.
