It can be used with all Yaesu and Kenwood equipment (by purchasing the optional HSP-AD1-Y or HSP-AD1-K adapters),
and with all the ICOMs of the PRO series (by purchasing the HSP-AD1-I adapter).

For ICOM series older than the NEW PRO SERIES you must necessarily choose the model "BH-006-IC" with special high quality condenser mic capsule
(the "ic" models are now supplied directly wired on an 8-pin round microphone plug for ICOM, with an external PTT socket),
OR
it is necessary to use a microphone amplifier or amplified mixer between the BH-006 and the radio.

The model BH-006-ic can be used with excellent performance with all ICOM devices, both PRO series and earlier.
It can not be used with devices other than ICOM, for which it is advisable to use the dynamic capsule version with proper adapters.
